Vijay, a young boy with a heart full of joy and a head full of dreams, loved flying kites. The vibrant colors, the exhilarating dance of the kite against the vast blue sky, and the thrill of soaring high above the world—it was a magical experience for him. He often spent his afternoons in the open fields, his kite string trailing behind him like a colorful ribbon, as he chased the wind.
One sunny afternoon, Vijay and his friends gathered at their usual spot, ready for their kite-flying adventure. As they prepared their kites, they noticed Ganesh and his group already enjoying the activity. Undeterred, Vijay launched his kite into the sky, watching with delight as it danced and twirled in the breeze. But his joy was short-lived. A sudden tug on the string, and his kite plummeted towards the ground. To his dismay, he saw that Ganesh's group had cut the string.
A heated argument ensued between the two groups, each claiming ownership of the kite.
"Ganesh, this is not fair, the kite belons to us, we have bought it, give it back" said Vijay.
"but we found this in our play ground so this belongs to us" Ganesh replied.
The situation escalated into a minor scuffle, with tempers flaring and words exchanged. In the midst of the chaos, a stray stone hit one of the boys in Ganesh's group on the head. The boy collapsed, and panic spread among the crowd.
The injured boy was rushed to the hospital, where he thankfully received prompt medical attention and recovered. However, the incident had a lasting impact on Vijay and his friends. Their parents were furious, scolding them for their reckless behavior and the potential harm they had caused. While Ganesh got away pretending to be a victim.
The once joyful experience of kite flying had turned into a nightmare for Vijay. The memory of the fight, the fear of injury, and the guilt of causing harm to someone else haunted him. From that day forward, he avoided kites like the plague, his childhood passion extinguished by a single unfortunate event.
